Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected and not eligible for a an exchange and/or store credit.
- Please note: all returns made must be in their original packaging; unwashed, unworn & undamaged.
- Please e-mail hello@mylitto.co to initiate a return along with your name and order number. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item(s) to.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, a store credit will be applied to your account
- Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Item/s purchased at a reduced price are not able to be refunded, only exchanged for store credit.
- My Litto reserves the right to determine the eligibility of goods for returns this includes the condition of the item. This will be determined before it is accepted as a returned item. We need to have proof of purchase and all accessories, parts, original packaging and tags need to be returned.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We currently do not offer exchanged due to limited inventory. The fastest way to ensure you get your desired item is to place a new order with us.
